Although racial prejudice has existed in many pr:evious societies in different parts of the world, it is only within Western civiliza ..

t ion where it reached its final

culmination and attained its fullest development.

The ideas expressed in this quotation

from Adolf· Hitler’s MEIN KA~MP!l are not of

recent origin.

More than two thousand five hundred years ago, the ancient Greeks considered themselves alone as civilized human

beings and scorned all other peoples as ‘’bar-

barians.”

The ancient

Greek philosopher,

Aristotle, wrote that the Greeks are the elite race and all other peoples were created to serve them as slaves in order that the superior Greek

cuJture may progress;

The views expressed here are completely fallacious and have no scientific foundation.

The doctrine of the supremacy of the “white race,, is the most important product of European

nationalism and imperialism.· The former is used for the exclusive purpose of attempting

to justify the ugly actions of the latter.

Premier Verwoerd once said tha·t “ there is no place for the black man in European societJ above certain forms of menial labour.” This same racist dogma of the superiority of the white European dictates the immigration policy of such

countri~ as Cana\<\a,

Australia, New Zealand and Argentina which restrict immigration of ‘coloured’ people from Asia and Africa. Many in England and ·the United States of America would subscribe •to identical ideals. Indeed. I have known several close relations within my own family who felt exactly the same way.

THE DOCTRINE OF ‘WHITE’ SUPREMACY\

Men without exception wander about in the garden of Nature; they imagine that they know practically everything and yet with few exceptions, pass blindly by on~ of the most principles of Nature’s rule-the inner segregation of the species of all living beings on this earth.

Even the most superficial observation shows that Nature’s restricted form of propagation and increase is an almost rigid basic law of all tlie innumerable forms of expression of her vital urge. Every animal mates only with a. member of the same species : Only unusual circumstances can change this, primarily the compulsion of captivity or any other cause that makes it impossible to mate within the same species. But then Nature begins to resist this with all possible means and her most visible protest consists either in refusing fur~her capacity for propagation or in limiting the fertility of la.~er offspring; in most cases, howevar, she takes away the power of resist~nce to disease and hostiJo attacks.

This is only too natural.

Any crossing of two beings not at exactly the same level produces a medium between tho level of the two parents. This means that the offspring will

probaoly stand higher than the racially lower parc~t but not as.high as tho higher one . . C’onscquently,.1L will later succumb in the struggk against tho higher

level.

Such mating is contrary to tho will of Nature for a higher breeding of all lifo.

The pre·

condition of this cloes not He in as. ociat ing superior and inferior but in the total Yiclory of tho former. The stroucrcr must dominate and not blend with the

the born weakling can view this ns l·rucl, but after a.ll, he is only a weak ~n\<l limited man ; for if thi this law did not prevail, any conceivable higher development of organic living beins:r: would be unthinkable. Nature · looks on calmly with satis· faction, in fact, in the struggle for daily bread, all those who are weak and sickly or lC’l:-1, determined succumb while the struggle of the mnles for the female grants the right or opportunity to propaga.te only to the healthiest.

And strugg:e i always a

means for improving a species, health and power of resistance and therefore a cause of its higher development. If tho process were different, all further progress would cea. e and the opposite would occur. For since the inferior always predominates num~rically over the best, if both had the same possibility of preserving life and propagating, the inferior would multiply so much mon’ rapidly that in the end the best would inevitabh· be driven into tho background unless a correction ~f this state of

affa~rH .were undertaken.

Nr~ture does just this by subJectmg the weaker part to ·uch severe Jiving conditions that by them atone, the number is

limited and by not permitting the rctna.inder to increase promiscuously but making a new and ruthless choice accordfog to strength and health.

.

No more than Nature desires the mating of weaker with stronger individuA.ls, even less does she desire the blending of a higher with a lower race since if she did, her whole w.ork of higher breeding over perhaps hundreds of thousands of yea.rs might be ruined with one blow.

Historical experience offers· countless proofs of this. It shows with terrifying clarity that in every mingling of Aryan blood with that of lower peoples, the result. was the end of the cultured people.
